Impact Designs furniture carries the following warranties.

• Life Time Warranty on the frame and suspension
• 5 Year Warranty on leather and foam
• 1 Year Warranty on all workmanship  

The warranty covers failure in materials under normal use. Any transportation costs for repair will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The warranty is extended to the original owner at the original delivery address. If making a claim the purchaser must contact the retail store where the furniture was purchased. All claims must be made within 30 days and must be accompanied by the original invoice, as well as a picture and description of the problem. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace. If identical materials are not available at time of repair, the manufacturer reserves the right to use similar materials of equal quality.

• The warranty does not cover problems that arise from abuse, improper use, or damage caused by Acts of God.
• Leather warranty coverage is for splitting and tearing under normal conditions. It does not cover natural imperfections, wrinkling, or natural marks in the grain.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by spills, or damage caused by sharp or rough objects. It also does not cover fading from sunlight or damage from other heat sources. It does not cover damage caused by pets.
• The manufacturer advises the customer, that as a result of normal use, some softening of the cushions and other foam components will occur. This should not be confused with loss of resilience, due to defects in materials or workmanship
